No returns allowed on any final sale item, except for if flaws in the workmanship are found (as long as the tag has not been removed).

In the event that you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, we accept returns on any item (other than final sale) the piece must be in its original condition, this means unworn and has the tag intact within the 30 days after purchase.

Please contact us to custom@betzabepujaicodesigns.com to request a return. Once we receive your returned item we will inspect the piece and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Any custom made piece is consider final sale.
